It seems like most people in this world are so obsessed about losing weight and being skinny. I think it's sad, really. I love food, and eating, and not spending all of my time and thoughts consumed about counting calories, or obsessing over my weight.

I am lucky enough to have a guy who loves and cherishes every part of me. Without him, I probably would have been sucked into all of the brainwashing.

I love myself just the way I am, and yes, I will indulge in treats and feel nothing but bliss :)

I wish more people could focus on things other than their image, I think this world would be a lot better off.

Secret #6: I think it's stupid when people count calories. I make an effort to eat healthfully, but I don't just NOT eat things that I like. And I still lose weight. It's the Weight Watchers ingrained in my head even though I haven't been in about a year.
